1. Создавать какие-то приятные особенности своей продукции (начиная с дизайна и заканчивая всякими акциями и бонусами) - хорошо, но, акцентируясь на том, что привлекательно одной группе потребителей, мы можем породить неприятие у других групп, т.е. - не панацея.
2. Повышать привлекательность не столько товара, сколько компании (ее бренда).
Второй путь - перспективнее. Вопрос прост - КАК?
Исходя из вышесказанного, есть смысл (как ни банально!) работать в сторону увеличения удовольствия клиента от взаимодействия с компанией.
Но и тут все неочевидно - путей-то много, но они либо малоэффективны, либо весьма затратны.
Пропустив промежуточные этапы, сразу скажу вывод - нужно развивать обратную связь с клиентом! Причем - в виде живого общения, ибо оно много более личностно значимо для человека.
Т.е. - бизнесу необходимы колл-центры, их кто как называет - call center, call centre, контактные центры - в общем, гугл в помошь
Краткое исследование вопроса показало, что самому строить такую штуку - затратно, да и неясно, окупится ли. Нужен аутсорс!
Поизучал имеющиеся аутсорсингоовые колл-центры и пришел к неутешительномы выводу - в большинстве своем они ориентированы на крупные проекты и на предоставление услуг пакетами, что для некрупной компании на начальном этапе использования данного инструмента достаточно неудобно.

Собственно, прошу помощи, поделитесь опытом.
Подскажите какой-нибудь колл-центр, готовый реализовывать мелкие недорогие проекты и максимально гибко учитывать интересы заказчика, но чтоб и качество при этом не страдало?
